Key Responsibilities  : 

1. Supervise and coordinate team activities for productivity and quality.
2. Provide training and support to enchanc team skills.
3. Monitor performance, set goals, and conduct evaluations.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
5. Analyzing project performance and providing reports.
6. Resolve performance reports and collaborate on process improvements.
7. Resolve team issues and conflicts.
8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
