L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions is a business brand of Larsen & Toubro Limited. It provides integrated Power Boilers-Turbine-Generator Supply (up to 1,000 MW single unit) based on Ultra-su per critical / supercritical technology and installation service in thermal power plants, turnkey solutions for Gas-based power plants (Combined cycle, open cycle, cogeneration gas-based power projects) FGD and allied products. It’s headquarteres is in Vadodara, Gujarat and equipment manufacturing units are located under one of roof at Hazira, Gujarat.
L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions is also in process of offering low carbon solutions in domestic and international markets which includes Carbon Capture, Electro mechanical supply and EPC of Hydra/Pumped Storage Turbine – Generator, SMR (Nuclear) and Balance of Plant for Green Hydrogen, Green Ammonia projects and Hydrocarbon Projects.
The above requirements are for offices at Vadodara (Gujarat), Manufacturing facility at Hazira, Surat (Gujarat).

1. Supply Chain Management
- Job Scope : Procurement of Mechanical Static Equipment, Rotary Equipment, Mechanical Packages, Electrical and instrumentation Materials, Bulk Materials, Construction Services, and Logistics. Vendor selection, evaluation, negotiation and vendor development are key components.
- Experience : Ordering large, fabricated items, casting forgings, heavy-duty gearboxes & hydraulics, vendor development and expanding.
2. Manufacturing :
- Job Scope : Supervising shop floor manufacturing processes, ensuring safety, quality and timely completion of jobs. Proficiency in CNC and fabrication, SAP and knowledge of TQM, TPM, and KAIZEN are advantageous.
- Experience : Supervising workmen for efficient project completion, programming in Generator manufacturing.
3. Design Engineering :
- Job Scope : Basic and detailed design engineering of power plant projects. Positions are available in Process, Auxiliary, Civil & Structural, Stress Analysis, Electrical layout, and Piping Stress Analysis using Ceaser2, Tekla and Smart P&ID.
- Experience : Knowledge in Pressure and Non-Pressure Parts, Piping Layout, S3D administration.
4. Planning Management
- Job Scope : Production planning, inventory management, process optimization and reporting using tools like Primavera (P6), SAP, MS Project, ERP and MIS Reporting.
- Experience : Scheduling and optimization of manufacturing process.
5. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) :
- Job Scope : Implementing and maintaining HSE standards at manufacturing units. Traning personnel for compliance with safety protocols.
- Experience : HSE compliance in manufacturing environments.
6. Quality Management
- Job Scope : Developing and maintaining Quality Control & Assurance Processes, including inspection and testing of manufacturing equipment, knowledge of third-party inspection, welding NDT, UT, PT, MT & RT inspection is beneficial.
- Experience : Ensuring high standards of quality in equipment manufacturing processes.
7. Plant Engineering & Maintenance
- Job Scope : Maintenance of CNC equipment, preventive and predictive maintenance, and knowledge of Hydraulic, systems, PLC logic, and KAIZEN.
- Experience : ISO Systems, interface between electrical and mechanical systems.
Qualifications :
- Education : Degree or Diploma holders in Engineering from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Control & Instrumentation disciplines.
- Experience : 3 o 20 years related to the power industry in relevant functions is a must.
