ABL is looking for below mentioned candidates for the Regional Office at Building & Infrastructure division, Sion, Mumbai
Position: Asst. Manager / Manager – Accounts
- Qualification: M.Com/MBA in Finance / Inter CA -ICWA / CA – ICWA
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in EPC Construction / Building Services Works or Equivalent.
- Location: Regional Office Sion, Mumbai
Job Description:
- Accounts & Finance Controller @ Regional office
- Preparation of project wise financials
- Awareness about Ind AS compliance
- MIS Reports i.e. profitability, Budget vs Actual, Cash flow, etc.
- Control on Inventory and material consumption.
- Verification and approval of vendor/subcon fund requirement and ensure timely release of payment.
- Monitor/ensure compliance from Sub-contractor, vendors as per WO/PO terms, recoveries, Bank Guarantee, etc.
- Internal, statutory audit compliance to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain client RA bill receivable statement with remarks on outstanding amounts and collection targets, reporting delays as needed.
- Coordination with HO, Project Sites and other departments.
Key Skills:
- Working experience on SAP HANA
- Experience of EPC company for Road, Building, Power Projects.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of compliance regulations.
- Excellent reporting, reconciliation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in handling vendor and Sub-contractor accounts and audits.
- Effective communication and Coordination capabilities.
- Excellent communication, Coordination, and documentation skills.
