We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Human resource department to manage and support our growing team.

Department  : Human Resources (HR)

Qualification  :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA in HR is preferred.

Skill Required : 

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of SAP
• Familiarity with compliance
• Experience with any HRIS (Human Resources Information System)

Experience  : 6 to 10 years in HR, preferably with experience in highways and bridges projects.

Location : Chhattisgarh

Key Responsibilities : 

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
• Post job opening on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate selection process.
• Coordnate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for permanent and contractual positions.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employee, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Maintain employees recodes and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Conduct employees recodes engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Prepare HR reposts and analytics for management review.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including attendance tracking and leave management.
• Manage HR documention and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations activities.
• Address employee relations, assisting with employees queries as needed.
• Resolve employee issue as they aries.
• Manage employees benefits programs, including helath insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
