Department : Human Resources (HR)
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in HR is preferred.
Skill Required :
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of SAP
- Familiarity with compliance
- Experience with any HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
Experience : 6 to 10 years in HR, preferably with experience in highways and bridges projects.
Location : Chhattisgarh
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Post job opening on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate selection process.
- Coordnate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for permanent and contractual positions.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employee, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain employees recodes and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Conduct employees recodes engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Prepare HR reposts and analytics for management review.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including attendance tracking and leave management.
- Manage HR documention and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations activities.
- Address employee relations, assisting with employees queries as needed.
- Resolve employee issue as they aries.
- Manage employees benefits programs, including helath insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
