1. Position : QA / QC – Manager
Qualification & Skill Set Required : BE/B.Tech in Civil with 10+ years of experience in building sector.
Location : Jodhpur Site
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Establishing Project Concert Mix Design in Co-ordination with client & RMC vendors.
- Co-ordinate with finalized RMC vendors for supply to site.
- Maintaining checklists, pour cards, Inspection Reports etc.
- Ensure works are executed as per PQP, IS codes, contact specifications, etc.
- Develop & maintain proper lab set up for site related construction activities.
- Organize weekly Quality walks, Quality week, etc, for uplifting site Quality.
- Ensure minimum quality complaints (Internal & External) and that NCRs are closed promptly.
- Maintain documentation for QMS/IMS audits liaise with other departments so that Site is ISO compliant/Organizational standards are maintained.
- Conduct Hand Skills development training.
2. Position : Manager – Planning
Qualification : BE / B.Tech * Civil / NICMAR
Experience : 10+ years of experience in EPC projects for Residential / Commercial / Hospitality / Healthcare etc.
Location : Jodhpur, Rajasthan
Key Skills :
- BE/B.Tech in Civil with 10+ years of experience in building sector.
- Knowledge of SAP is must.
Job Description :
- Micro level planning of the project in Co-ordination with Site Team / Project Manager
- Arranging required resources in Co-ordination with Regional Office.
- Monitoring the progress of the project on day basis and reporting.
- Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress reporta.
- Monitoring the productivity of labour & Plant Machinery and taking corrective actions for improvement.
- Setting monthly Targets for site execution and monitoring of the same.
- MIS reports & CTC Projection preparation.
- Calculating Formwork requirement & coordination for mobilization & demobilization.
