ABL is looking candidates for Building & Infrastructure division:
1. Manager – Business Development
- Experience: 10+ years with at least 7 years in a relevant roles.
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Civil
- Responsible to develop business growth strategies, identifying market opportunities, generate leads, client engagement, negotiations, tender participation and driving Sales expansion in both government and private sectors.
- Location: Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata
2. Asst. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager – Tender
- Experience: 4+ years
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech – Civil
- Responsible for rate analysis cost estimation, vendor Coordination, tender preparation, quantity Surveyor, risk assessment, contract review, for construction projects.
- Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
3. Asst. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager – BD & Tender
- Experience: 6+ years
- Qualification: Any Graduate/BE/B.Tech – Civil
- Adept for pre-bid meeting, site visits, client Coordination, tender documentation, pre-qualification, EMD follow -ups, ensuring successful tender submission.
- Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
4. Project Manager
- Experience: 17+ years
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma – Civil
- Experience in residential and commercial building projects, including planning is must.
- Location: Pune , Maharashtra
5. Officer / Executive – HR
- Experience: 7+ years
- Qualification: MBA – HR / BBA / MSW / Ex-servicemen
- Relevant experience and Ex-servicemen will be preferred
- Location: Gonde, Maharashtra
6. Assistant – HR
- Experience: 4+ years
- Qualification: MBA – HR / BBA / MSW
- Relevant experience will be preferred
- Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
7. Camp Boss
- Experience: 4+ years
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Ex-servicemen
- Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
- Relevant experience will be preferred
Candidates with relevant experience in EPC companies and in Residential, Commercial, Highrise buildings, Hotels, Hospitals, Shopping Malls, Airports, Institutional Campuses, Stadiums, Warehouses, Data Centres are encouraged to apply.
