Shapoorji Pallonji – Water Division is looking for below candidates for Mumbai Head Office.
Position: Engineer / Senior Engineer – Contracts Administration
Qualification: B.Tech Civil / Certified Law / PG Contracts Management
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Job Description:
- Preparation of Salient Features & Contract Appreciation Documents (CAD).
- Handling Pre-Tender Planning (PTP), Pre-Tender Review (PTR), and Risk Assessment Reports.
- Tracking and ensuring timely submission of Bank Guarantees, CAR Policy, PWV Insurance, WC Policy, etc.
- Maintaining records of Contractual correspondence, delays, variations, extra items, and payments.
- Supporting EOT applications, compensation claims, and arbitration/litigation matters.
- Coordinating with site teams & HO Contracts for smooth project closure.
- Preparing and sending MIS Reports, Claims Reports, Dispute Reports, and maintaining Risk Registers & RACSI Reports.
