- Qualification: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in handling construction-related contracts.
- Sector Expert/Civil-I – 8 positions
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 7 years for graduates, 10 years for diploma holders in infrastructure project execution.
- Sector Expert/Civil-I (P. Way planning) – 1 position
- Qualification: Graduate Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in Railway project execution and/or planning.
- Sector Expert/Civil-I (Bridge/Works planning) – 2 positions
