- Develop project plans outlining the scope, timeline, budget and resources requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to define project goals objective and deliverables.
- Achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Identity and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
- Monitor and control project timelines and budgets.
- Provide clear direction and guidance to project team members.
- Communicate project status, updated and key decision to stakeholders.
- Allocate and optimize resources to ensure project success.
- Conduct project reviews and evaluation to identify areas for improvement.
