Position – Assistant Manager / Manager (Contract For High-Speed Bullet Train C4 Project.
Experience : 6+ Years
Location – Surat
Job Description :-
- B.E Civil Engineering
- PG in Construction/Contract Management – Preferred
- Sound knowledge in FIDIC red book
- Sound knowledge in project scheduling, EOT/Delay analysis and programming software like Primavera and MSP.
- Experience in operations with good understanding of infrastructure works (roads, bridges, building).
- Identification and monitoring of Project risk and opportunities in a timely manner.
- Drafting & Vetting of Contractual communication/project correspondence.
- Ensuring timely notices for various issues arising at site pertaining to Extensive of time, variation, settlement of disputes.
- Handling of Delay and Disruption claims.
- Experience in Dispute resolution processes such as DAB, DRC, Concliation, Mediation, Amicable settlement.
