Mfar Constructions Pvt Ltd Vacancy
The following staff is required for upcoming projects at Bangalore, Mangalore, Chennai and Delhi.
1. Sr. Construction Manager/Construction Manager
- Qualification : BE/Diploma Civil Engineers
- Experience : 14 to 18 years of experience in construction. Should possess people management skills and lead a team of engineers and able to handle construction activities.
2. Sr. Project Engineers / Project Engineers / Site Engineers & BBS Engineers
- Qualification : BE/Diploma Civil Engineers
- Experience : 7 to 16 years of experience. Able to communicate well with the execution team members and get the work executed as per the plan.
3. Executive Contracts / Quantity Surveyors
- Qualification : BE/Diploma Civil Engineers
- Experience : 6 to 10 years of experience in post tender quantity surveying, billing and variation claims for large integrated construction projects and possess excellent knowledge of commercial terms and conditions.
4. Executive Planning / Planning Engineers
- Qualification : BE/Diploma – Civil Engineers
- Experience : 6 to 10 years of experience in resources planning for construction projects. Knowledge in MS Project, Primavera Budget Monitoring MIS reports.
5. Executive Quality / Quality Engineers
- Qualification : BE/Diploma – Civil Engineers
- Experience : 6 to 11 years of experience in construction projects. Must have knowledge of IMS standard and be able to develop project quality plans, inspection and test plans and implement QA/QC on large integrated construction sites. A sound knowledge of codes & work practices is desirable.
6. Executive EOHS / EOHS Offers
- Qualification : Graduate with Diploma in Safety
- Experience : 6 to 10 years of experience in construction projects. Must have knowledge of MIS standards and be able to develop project safety plans, inspections and implementation of safety procedures on large integrated construction sites.
7. Executive Procurement
- Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Procurement supply Chain Management.
- Experience : 6 to 8 years of experience in construction industry. Should possess the competency of managing all procurement activities related to construction projects.
8. Foreman Mivan / Carpentry Shuttering
- Qualification : Any Graduate
- Experience : 6 to 10 years of experience in MIVAN/ / Carpentary Shuttering, Finishing activities, Concreting etc, and having a good track in construction industry.
