- Education for Engineer/Manager: Degree/Diploma in Civil
- Education for Supervisor: Not hiring
3. EHS
- Education for Engineer/Manager: Any Graduate with ADIS
- Education for Supervisor: Not hiring
4. Material Management
- Education for Engineer/Manager: Any Graduate
- Education for Supervisor: SSC
Walk-In Interview Details:
- Date: 4th April, 2025
- Time: 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM
- Interview Location: Lodha Palava, project office, MLCP, Sec 4 Down Town, Khoni, Dombiva East.
Criteria:
- Civil execution, finishing & Quality: Minimum 60% in SCC & HSC for Civil engineers & minimum 45% in SCC for Supervisors.
- EHS & Material Management: Minimum 45% in SCC & HSC.

During my working period learning many types of maintenance work. Like painting, Roofing, Retrofitting of beam and column, different types of Coating Work. And experience In Project Work.
Also working in Purnima Builders PVT LTD. During this time I am working in Formula Plaster Project at Saint Gobain Gyproc at Jhagadia. Project Worth is around 15 Cr.
During my project time leaning all types of structure elements like Footing, Column, Beam, Wall and also management of manpower and machinery. Also communication with client engineer and ensure the Quality of work.
