Walk-in Interview at Kalpataru Projects International Ltd
For Roles based out of Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Vadodara & Gandhinagar.
1. Head – Solar Design & Engineering
- Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
- Experience: 20 to 25 years
Brief Job Description: Responsible for complete Solar Electrical and Civil Structural Design for pre bid and post bid engineering for Ground mounted solar projects above 100MW. Heading a team of Design engineers and managers.
2. Head – Solar Project Management
- Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
- Experience: 20 to 25 years
Brief Job Description: End to end project monitoring, scheduling, controlling, planning etc. Adept the emerging trends and techniques in project scheduling as strategic, planner. Will coordinate with various departments and stakeholders and be aware of Primavera/MSP.
3. Solar – Tendering
- Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
- Experience: 5 to 15 years
Brief Job Description: Tender analysis, pre-qualification, bid preparation, budget monitoring, risk assessment, vendor liaison, documentation, cash flow projections, stakeholder collaboration and market analysis.
4. Solar Cost Estimation
- Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
- Experience: 8 to 15 years
Brief Job Description: Cost estimation for large -scale PV solar projects, including quantities, Bill of Quantities, Civil Works RFQs, Sub-contractor bids, and international project cost, management
5. Solar Civil & Structural Design
- Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
- Experience: 8 to 12 years
Brief Job Description: Design and analysis of RCC/steel structures for solar PV plants, including client consultations, BOQ Preparation, site visits and expertise in structural software and international codes.
6. Solar AC Design
- Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
- Experience: 8 to 12 years
Brief Job Description: Electrical design and system studies for AC/DC solar plants, including module arrangement, cable selection, and Substation design, Involves layout design, BOQ/BOM Preparation, vendor evaluation, and technical support.
7. Solar PV DC Design
- Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
- Experience: 8 to 12 years
Brief Job Description: Provide data to Tendering and BD teams, leveraging expertise in solar PV design (PVsyst) and international engineering practices for site selection and evacuation loss assessments.
8. Solar Energy Yield Assessment
- Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
- Experience: 8 to 12 years
Brief Job Description: Energy yield assessment, system design, yield analysis (PVSst), shadow analysis (SketchUp), project coordination, feasibility reports, tilt-pitch analysis, PV tech evaluation, and due diligence for OE and DE projects.
9. Solar Project Planner
- Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
- Experience: 8 to 12 years
Brief Job Description: Overseas Solar EPC project planning, scheduling (Primavera P6), budgeting documentation, coordination, billing, RFPs, CAD review, contractor liaison, and final handover.
10. Transmission Line Tower Design Manager
- Qualification: ME/BE (Civil)
- Experience: 5 to 15 years
Brief Job Description: Experience in designing transmission towers and foundations, with skills in PLS Tower z AutoCAD drawing checking and strong communication and analytical abilities.
11. Transmission Line Tower Design Manager
- Qualification: ME/BE (Civil)
- Experience: 5 to 15 years
Brief Job Description: Tower spotting using PLS CADD, with preferred knowledge of PLS Tower, Google Earth, GIS interface, Global Mapper and CIVIL -3D.
12. Draughtsman – Transmission Line Civil
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma
- Experience: 5 to 15 years
Brief Job Description: Experience in drafting transmission line structures with AutoCAD/BOCAD, including communication with factory/layout teams handling shop sketches and BOM.
