Available Position:
- Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Procurement – Substation & Transmission )
Location: Thane – Head Office
Requirements:
- Education: B.E/B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA (Supply Chain / Procurement). B.com graduates with relevant experience can also apply.
- Experience: 5-10 years in procurement for substation and transmission projects (EPC / Infrastructure industry preferred)
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract handling skills.
- Proficiency in SAP / ERP systems and procurement software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a result-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for Substation and Transmission materials (Transformers, Switchgear, Conductors, Insulators, etc)
- Identify, evaluate and negotiate with Vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
- Manager RFQs, contract negotiations, and vendor agreements.
- Coordinate seemlessly between Procurement, logistics and project teams for timely material availability.
- Drive cost optimization initiative without compromising on quality.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and industry regulations
