Job Details:

• Role: Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager/Sr. Manager – Planning
• Education: NICMAR/B.Tech/BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 8+ Years in Building Projects
• Location: Delhi NCR / Mauritius

Attributes / Skills Required:

• Exposure to Planning, Billing, Budgets, variations & Time extension.
• Should also be technically strong & able to do multi-tasking.
• Must know more to use Primavera P6/P7, MS Project, Client & Contractor Billing, SAP, IS Code and MS Excel Excellence Soft Skills, including interpersonal, Communication & Analytical skills, besides Logical Thinking.
• Team Spirit, and ability to work in a collaborative manner with all concerned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Controlling project activities & managing the project management cycles.
• Preparation of flowchart, a checklist of all the activities at the site of different disciplines and monitoring the quality parameters by flowchart monitoring systems and finally integrating it to the billing systems and all the MIS.
• Reviewing the progress of the project on all aspects like material submittals, drawing and actual site construction with senior staff and taking necessary actions required to meet the project’s Schedule.
• Assist in finalizing requirements and specifications in construction with engineering consultants, Collaborators, external suppliers & clients.
• Coordination with project manager for planning & Coordination of site and Preparation of MIS.
