Position : Technical Services Engineer
Qualification : B.E / B.Tech Civil
Experience : 2+ Years in Cement, Building Materials, Paints FMCG or Fertilizers industry.
Maximum Age : 32 Years
Key Deliverables
- Providing regular input to the Technical Head -RSO.
- Provide Customer Service to end customers in the designated districts.
- Track and report quality of company products through on-site teset and market sampling.
- Collect independent feedback from end customers about the selling process (Price, services Levels, quality etc) and reports the same to the Technical Head -RSO
- Manage relationship with key accounts and key influencers.
