1. Senior Project Manager
- Qualification: M.Tech/B.E – Civil
- Experience: 15+ years
- Location: Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar
- Remarks: Responsible for overall Project management major includes Construction management, design management, cost management, planning and procurement and quality management.
- Soft Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, MSP and Communication.
2. Project Engineer
- Qualification: B.E/Diploma – Civil
- Experience: 5+ years
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Remarks: Civil finishing and interior work experience is more preferable.
3. Project Engineer
- Qualification: B.E/Diploma – Civil
- Experience: 5+ years
- Location: Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar
- Remarks: Having knowledge of shell and core and finishes and execution MEPF experience.
- Soft Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD MSP and Communication.
4. Project Coordinator
- Qualification: M.Tech/B.E – Civil
- Experience: 8+ years
- Location: Head Office
- Remarks: Quantity take Off, scheduling in MS project, tendering experience is more preferable.
5. Quality Engineer
- Qualification: B.E/Diploma – Civil
- Experience: 5+ years
- Location: Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar
- Remarks: Responsible for attending/Monitoring / Conducting / Witnessing/Supervising all tests, QA/QC documents, closure of Non conformance and site instructions Soft skil – MS office, AutoCAD, MSP and Communication.
6. Safety Engineer
- Qualification: Diploma in Safety & Environment Management
- Experience: 5+ years
- Location: Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar
- Remarks: Responsible for ensuring the safety of workers and occupants during the design, Construction and use of as Structure identifying potential hazards and developing strategies to reduce them.
7. Supervisor
- Qualification: ITI Graduate / B Com
- Experience: 5+ years
- Location: Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar
- Remarks: Knowledge of site execution and quality checks at different stages of construction works.
8. Billing Engineer
- Qualification: B.E/Diploma – Civil
- Experience: 8+ years
- Location: Head Office
- Remarks: Quantity Take Off, Bill Checking and Procurement of Vendors
