Job Descriptions for Anodizing Positions :
1. Shift In-charge (Lead)
Qualification & Experience : B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with 6 to 10 years of experience.
- High volume production monitoring
- Troubleshooting
- Production process sustenance
- Process bath maintenance/Machining & tooling/fixture maintenance
- Budgeting & resources planning
- People management
2. Fixture -Crib Supervisors
Qualification & Experience : B.sc/Diploma in Chemistry with 4 to 8 years of experience.
- Maintenance/machining & tooling/fixture maintenance
- Spares procurement planning and management.
3. Anodizing Supervisors
Qualification & Experience : B.Sc / Diploma in chemistry with 4 to 8 years of experience.
- Responsible for managing high-volume continuous production with data-driven decisions.
- Responsible for volume and OEE achievement, traceability management
- Workforce management
4. Lab Shift In-charge
Qualification & Experience : B.Sc Chemistry with 10 to 15 years of experience, M.Sc Chemistry with 8 to 10 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with testing protocols in high-volume production labs in anodizing / planning
- Process bath maintenance & real-time troubleshooting.
- Budgeting & resource planning for testing Chemicals as per their shelf life
- People management
5. DDS Supervisors
Qualification & Experience : Diploma with 4 to 8 years of experience.
- Experience in quality inspection for dents, dust, and scratches.
- Knowledge of elimination DDS-causing phenomena
- Traning workforce for standardized work & audits.
6. Kitting Supervisors
Qualification & Experience : Diploma with 4 to 8 years of experience.
- Experience handling consumable stores
- Forecasting and inventory planning
- Follow-up with SCM & suppliers for on-time material availablity.
Assembly Positions :
1. Laser, Dispensing & FACA
Qualification & Experience : Diploma with 3 to 7 years of experience, BE with 2 to 6 Years of experience.
- Basic manufacturing process knowledge
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawing
- Basic knowledge of statistical process control and process capability
- Basic knowledge of robot & machine handling
- Basic knowledge of laser welding & dispensing machine & process
- Knowledge of 7 QC tools
- Knowledge of Software : JMP, AutoCAD, Microsoft office
- Poka-yoke methods & technologies
- A basic understanding of kaizen is prepared.
