Job Description :
- Plan and coordinate heavy lift and erection activities, including resources allocation and scheduling.
- Conduct site surveys and risk assessment to determine lift requirements and potential hazards.
- Design and develop lifting plans, schemes, and procedures.
- Supervise and direct rigging teams during lift operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers, Engineers and contractors to resolve technical installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during erection and commissioning phases.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports and recorda.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians.
