1.Tool Designer – Sheet metal & Machining
- Qualification – Diploma / Be/B.Tech
- Experience : 5 – 10 Years / 2 – 10 Years
Job Description :-
- Experience on Creating Conceptual Tool designs for sheet and machine shop parts using CATIA.
- Preparation of Detail 2D tool drawing for manufacturing as per ANSI Y14,5M.
- Knowledge in Aerospace material, GD&T, fits and tolerance, Manufacturing Progress.
2.NCC Programmer
- Qualification – Diploma / BE/B Tech
- Experience : 5 – 10 Years / 2 – 10 Years
Job Description :-
- Experience on NC Programming in Catia, NX, Vericut, Process Sheet Creation, Raw material Estimation, APQP Document Creation.
- Knowledge on cutting tools & parameters, 3/4/5 Axis Machine, Turning programming and Mill turn exposure, Aerospace material, GD&T.
3.CMM Operator
- Qualification – Diploma
- Experience : 2 – 5 Years
Job Description :-
- Good Knowledge of CMM programming with PCDMIS and Calypso software (Hexagon & Zeiss).
- Programming CMM based on MBD model, drawing and good knowledge of PCDMIS and Calypso software (Hexagon & Zeiss)
- Ensure performing all types of inspection (CMM Manual).
4.Machine Operator
- Qualification – Diploma
- Experience : 2 – 5 Years
Job Description :-
- Hands-on experience in operating of CNC 3/4/5 axis machine and understanding of Fanuc, Siemens & Mazatrol
- Knowledge on Milling, Turning, Offset calculation, inspection of finished products etc
- Knowledge on 7 QC tools 55, KAIZEN & TPM.
5.Quality Inspector
- Qualification – Diploma
- Experience : 2 – 5 Years
Job Description :-
- Responsible for Quality Inspection activities and result recording, Part movement, Non-conformance management and use of Calibratied instruments process.
- Knowledge on RCCA, CAPA, 7QC, tools, kaizen, calibration & handling internal Audits.
- Carry out parst & products inspiration complection of work orders / MIS, stamping off & part movements.
