Open Positions in Business Excellence: 

1. Engineer – Continuous improvement

• 3-7 years experience in Method Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer / Industrial Engineer
• Productively Improvement and Process Standardization
• Implementation of Innovation
• Time and Motion Study & Cycle Time Reduction
• Data Analysis for Continuous Process Improvement
• Contribute to the development of PFD, PFMEA, PCP and SOP.

2. Engineer – Total Quality Management (TQM)

• 3-7 years experience in Total Quality Management
• Implement and monitor Daily Work Management systems.
• Lead structured problem – solving initiatives using methodologies such as Yellow belt, Green belt, mad and black belt.
• Leverage tools and techniques such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, and PDCA cycles to implement improvements.
