Position: Dy. General Manager (Contracts & Legal)
Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / LLB
Experience: 8 to 10 years (in similar field)
Location: Jaipur/ Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Processes strong command of the English language for drafting contractual Correspondence with Clients and Sub-contractors.
- Meeting with Client for Contractual issues and Problem Solving.
- Draft, review, and finalize sub-contarct agreement ensuring compliance with Legal and company standards.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors / Sub-contractors to ensure favourable outcomes.
- Coordinate with project, Procurement and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of Contracts.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure adherence to contract terms.
- Monitor Sub-contractor performance, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
