Being a project Planning Engineer for EPC Project site, his role will be critical in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and control of the project.

Job Title – Planning Engineer (Civil/Mechanical)
Experience – 8 – 15 Years
Role and Responsibilities :
1. Project Planning – Developing and maintaining a comprehensive project plan, including activities, milestones, and deliverables.
2. Resources Allocation – Identifying and allocating resources required for the project, including manpower, equipment and materials.
3. Cost Estimation and Control – Collaboration with the project team to estimate project costs and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Risk Management – Identifying potential risks and developing motivation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
5. Progress Monitoring – Monitoring and reporting the progress of the project against the planned schedule. This includes tracking project milestones, analysing project performance, and identifying any deviations or delays. Regular progress reports should be prepared and shared with Management.
6. Quality Assurance – Collaborating with the project team to ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
7. Health and safety – Ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on the project site.
Basic Requirements – Degree / Diploma Engineering (Mechanical/Civil)
Note :
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in EPC projects strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and standards.
- Good Knowledge of Primavera / MS Projects / MS Excel
