1. Construction Manager (Structure & Finishes) – 20 Position

• Qualification : Full-time B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering
• Experience : 21 to 25 years in Villas / Hotels / High-rise Building
• Key Skills : High finish projects, complete project life cycle, knowledge of general consultation methods.

2. Project Engineer/Site Engineer (Structure & Finishes) – 30 Position

• Qualification : Full-time B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering
• Experience : 08 to 18 years in Villas / Hotels / High-rise Building
• Key Skills : General construction methods, High finish projects

3. Planning Manager/Planning Engineer – 10 Position

• Qualification : Full-time B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering / NICMAR
• Experience : 06 to 15 years in Villas / Hotels / High-rise Building
• Key Skills : Delay Analysis, Primavera P6, resources and cost loading, schedule management.

4. Quantity Surveyor – 10 Position

• Qualification : Full-time B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering / NICMAR
• Experience : 08  to 12 years in Villas / Hotels / High-rise Building
• Key Skills : Valuation, cash flow management.

5. QA/QC Engineer – 15 Position

• Qualification : Full-time B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering
• Experience : 08 to 12 years in Villas / Hotels / High-rise Building
• Key Skills : QA documentation, inspections at site.

6. Safety Engineers (10 Position) / Safety Officers (25 Position)

• Qualification : Full-time B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering
• Experience : 5 to 12 years, NEBOSH and IOSH Certifications are mandatory.
• Key Skills : Safety management for High-rise buildings.

7. Architect/Draughtsman – 25 Position

• Qualification : Full-time B.Tech/B.E in Civil / Architecture / Structural
• Experience : 10 to 15 years in Villas / Hotels / High-rise Building
• Key Skills : Large volume drawing, knowledge of architecture disciplines.

8. Land Surveyor – 20 Position

• Qualification : Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience : 10 to 15 years in Villas / Hotels / High-rise Building
• Key Skills : Surveying tools and total station expertise.
