We are looking for qualified, experienced, target-conscious and result-oriented “Project Incharge” for one of our high-rise residential construction projects in Hyderabad, Telangana. The relevant details are as follows:

Position: Asst. General Manager (Projects) / Project Incharge
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Desire Profile:
- B.Tech/B.E (Civil) with 20-25 years of experience in execution and construction project management with reputed contracting organisations.
- The candidate must possess 8-10 years of experience in High-rise Residential Projects with minimum of 30 storeys, BUA of – 3.50 mn sft and with shear wall technology.
- Candidates with prior experience in handling residential building construction projects involving multi-disciplinary scope viz. Core and shell construction, MEPF, Facded, Architectural Finishes and Interior Fit-out works would be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidates shall be responsible for the project management and operations management to meet client requirements of schedule, quality, Safety, Compliance, budget, etc.
- Should have independently handled execution and project management for major projects of value Rs. 500 crs & above. Exposure to Design Build projects is desirable.
- Should be proactive and experienced in managing client expectations, leading execution teams, Sub-contractor management, resolution of issues, project management, performance management, etc.,in line with company’s processes and approved budget.
- Must possess excellent soft skills.
