We at “Ravi Infrabuild Projects Private Limited” are hiring for our Regional Office, Belgaum.

1. HR Professional (Female)

• Position : Assistant Manager/Senior Executive
• Experience : 5+ years
• Location : Belgaum, Karnataka

Responsibilities :- 

• Lead HR SOP compliance, recruitment, and employee records management.
• Oversee employee evaluations, conflict resolution, and exit processes.
• Expertise in ERP, MIS and admin compliance.
• Team leader reporting to the Director.

2. HR Assistant (Male)

• Experience: 3 to 5 Years
• Location : Belgaum, Karnataka

Responsibilities :- 

• Handle MIS, and assist seniors in HR operations.
• Excellent task management skills required.

3. Executive Assistant to Director (Female)

• Experience : 3 to 5 Years
• Location : Belgaum, Karnataka

Responsibilities :-

• Manage the Director’s schedule, meetings, and correspondence.
• Handle Inquiries, prioritize work, and provide administrative support.

Preferred Candidates : Goa, Pune, Bangalore and Maharashtra.
