- Positions : QS – Billing & Planning
- Department : Billing and Planning
- Qualification : M.Tech (Civil) /B.E/B.Tech
- Experience : Minimum 10 years.
- Salary : Aa per Industry Norms
- Location : Regional Office Belgaum.
- Project Sites : Karnataka
Required Skills :-
- Working knowledge of Estimating and monitoring costs.
- Monitoring project costs from the design to Construction stages.
- Preparing bills of materials and quantities, and Sub-contractor bills.
- Reconciliation of quantities and billed amounts with payments made to Sub-contractors.
- Maintaining & balancing Project income.
- Preparing Documentation for client and Sub-contractor bills, and for materials purchases.
- To work with clients to obtain approvals for certified drawings and bills.
- Software Proficiency such as AutoCAD, Road Estimator, Primavera, SAP, MS Office, and project management Software.
- Preparation of COS, EOT and Contractual Correspondence.
Note : Outstation candidates accommodation and fooding will be provided by the company.
