1. E&M
- Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma – Electrical / Mechanical from Reputed University / Technical Board.
- Experience: 5-7 years

Job Description: E&M Coordination – Professional to handle E&M Coordination for 1-2 districts. Responsibilities include vendor Coordination, efficient material usage, pipeline material and E&M reconciliation, as-built BOQ coordination, and loop file preparation. The candidate must ensure precision, resolve site-specific, issues, and uphold project standards at the district level.
2. E&M
- Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma – Electrical / Mechanical from Reputed University / Technical Board.
- Experience: 5-7 years

- Remarks: Should be expertise in design / drawing with autocad & Waterqem.
Job Description : Water Gem- Professional to ensure pipeline installations comply with the operational philosophy of approved DPRs/Schemes. Responsibilities include as-built drawing coordination, AutoCAD network file updates, and verifying adherence to approved designs. The candidate will manage expeditions, resovel discrepancies, and ensure project standards are maintained.
3. E&I

Job Description: Ed Coordination – Professional to manage E&I coordination for 1-2 districts. The role also involves monitoring safet water supply parameters, compliling central O&M data, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
4. O&M
- Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma – Civil / Mechanical from Reputed University / Technical Board.
- Experience: 15-18 years

Job Description: Head Operations – Professional to lead Operations & Maintenance across multiple districts. The candidate will also manage vendor coordination, material reconciliation, and resolution of site-level issues.
5. O&M

The role involves overseeing Sub-contractor/client billing, maintaining documentation, preparing report’s, and ensuring quality standards. Candidates should excel in payment tracking, debit balance recovery, and coordinating approvals between site offices and head Office, while leading and motivating the billing team.

Job Description: Contracts – Professional to manage contract terms and conditions, ensure compliance and handle communications with Sub-contractors and clients. Responsibilities include monitoring EOT, extra items, and variations, drafting Contractual letters, emails, and show cause notices, and resolving issues. The role also involves coordinating with legal teams for the resolution and recovery related to absconding or non-performing Sub-contractors, ensuring efficient contract execution and adherence to Standards.

- Experience: 6-10 years

The role involves data analytics, resource allocation, risk mitigation, compliance monitoring and quality assurance, Proficiency in Coordinating with site teams, contracts, and billing teams, along with expertise in documentation, reporting and conducting training for district, tehsil, and block-level teams, is essential. The candidate must ensure timely issue resolution and maintain adherence to company standards.
Note: For above profiles, Regular B.Tech/Diploma in CIVIL/MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL required as per positions.
