Mfar Construction Pvt Ltd Hiring

The following staff is required for upcoming Projects at Bangalore, Mangalore, Chennai & Delhi.

1. Sr. Construction Manager / Construction Manager – 

• Qualification : BE / Diploma in Civil Engineer
• Experience : 14 to 18 years of experience in construction.

Key Skills : Should possess management skills and lead a team of engineers and able to handle construction activities.

2. Sr. Project Engineer / Project Engineer / Site Engineers & BBS Engineer – 

• Qualification : BE / Diploma in Civil Engineer
• Experience : 7 to 16 years of experience

Key Skills: Able to communicate well the execution team members and get the work executed as per the plan.

3. Executive Contract / Quantity Surveyors – 

• Qualification : BE / Diploma in Civil Engineer
• Experience : Min. 6 to 10 years of experience

Key Skills : Experience in Post render quantity Surveying, billing and variation claims for large integrated construction projects and possess excellent knowledge of commercial terms and conditions.

4. Executive Planning / Planning Engineers – 

• Qualification : BE / Diploma in Civil Engineer
• Experience : Min. 6 to 10 years of experience

Key Skills : Experience in resource planning for construction projects, knowledge in MS Project, Primavera, Budget Monitoring, MIS reports.

5. Executive Quality / Quality Engineers – 

• Qualification : BE / Diploma in Civil Engineer
• Experience : Min. 6 to 11 years experience in construction projects.

Key Skills : Must have knowledge of MIS standards and be able to develop project quality plans, inspection and test plans and implement QA/QC on large integrated construction sites. Sound knowledge of codes & work practices is desirable.

6. Executive EOHS / EOHS Engineers

• Qualification : Graduate with Diploma in Safety
• Experience : Min. 6 to 10 years of experience in construction projects.

Key Skills : Must have knowledge of MIS standards and be able to develop project safety plans, inspection and implementation of safety procedures on large integrated construction sites.
