Position: Planning Manager for Airport Terminal Building
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech (Civil P
Experience: 10 to 20 years
Location: Shirdi, Maharashtra
Job Description:
- Experience in Construction of Airport Terminal Building
- Preparation of master schedule & monitoring, highlighting critical activities to Project Head in timely manner.
- Preparation of Zero budgets & Tracking the costs.
- Well versed planning softwers with Primavera & MSP
- Coordinating with design consultants, site team, in-house teams, Client and PMC teams.
- Raising indents and following-up on timely basis.
- Preparation of DPR, WPR, MPR & tracking monthly targets.
- Monitoring the progress & setting targets to site team and Sub-contractors
- Attending meetings with Client & Consultants
- Assisting billing team for identification of extra items
- Co-ordinating with vendors for QAP’s, Manufacturer clearance & delivery to site
- Contract management like Documentation of EOT.
