Qualification: MBA/PGDM/MHRD in HR/HRM
Key Responsibilities:
- Competent in handling construction site HR, welfare activities, and office management.
- Proficient in compliance with all statutory requirements of contract labor, PF, Construction workers’ minimum wages, and labor laws.
- Management of attendance, timekeeping at the site, daily labor accounting & reporting, and payroll coordination with the corporate office
