MaRS Planning & Engineering Services Pvt Ltd Hiring 2025
✅Senior / Junior Estimator (Civil) – Roads & Highways
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Civil), M.Tech Preferred.
- Experience: 8 to 15 years in 4-lane & 6-lane Highway Projects.
- Project Exposure: Externally aided projects (ADB, WB, JICA, AIIB).
- Estimation & QS: BOQ preparation, rate analysis, cost estimation, billing.
- QA/QC: Strong knowledge of IRC, MORTH, and IS Codes.
- Software: AutoCAD, MS Excel, Road Estimator, Costing Software.
- Contracts & Procurement: FIDIC, tendering, vendor coordination.
- Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication, leadership.
✅QS/QA (Quality, Surveyor & Quality Assurance) – Roads & Highways
- Qualification: B.Tech – Civil
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in 4-lane & 6-lane highway projects.
- QS: BOQ, rate analysis, cost estimation, billing, material reconciliation.
- Contracts: FIDIC, tendering, cost control, variation claims.
- Software: AutoCAD, Excel, Road Estimator, Costing Software.
- QA: Compliance with IRC, MORTH, IS Codes, material testing.
- Documentation: QA/QC reports, Inspections, quality compliance.
- Projects: Experience in ADB, WB, JICA, AIIB-funded projects.
