L&T Heavy Civil Infrastructure IC is seeking talented professionals to join the High-Speed Rail Project (MAHSR C3), spanning from Thane (Maharashtra) to Vapi (Gujarat). We are hiring for key positions in Formwork Management, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious and challenging project.
L&T Heavy Civil Infra IC Hiring 2025
Available Positions:
Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager – Formwork
- Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Full-time)
- Experience: 7 to 15 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the Formwork program in alignment with the overall construction schedule.
- Finalize and coordination the shuttering schemes for various project requirements.
- Ensure the effective utilization of shuttering and staging materials
- Plan and allocate resources, including materials, labor and machinery, for Formwork activities in collaboration with site teams
- Train Subcontractors on system formwork methodologies.
- Create mock-ups for various systems formworks.
- Conduct periodic reconciliation of Formwork materials.
- Prepare and submit S-6 schedules (requirement/release) to the Cluster Office.
- Maintain Accurate stock statements for formwork materials and productivity reports.
- Coordinate with stores and site personal for accurate materials accounting.
- Handle pre-dispatch maintenance and ensure all materials dispatch are in usable condition.
- Oversee quality checks and acknowledgement for received materials
- Conduct 100% material reconciliation and send quarterly reports to the Cluster Office.
- Generate and submit monthly reports to the Cluster Office.
