- Senior Manager
- Manager – Costing
- Estimation
Qualification: BE – Civil / Diploma – Civil
Experience: 6-10 years of experience Preferable in Highway Development Company.
Job Location: Gurugram, Sector-67
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong Costing / Estimation exposure with Highway/Road Projects at HO/Tender Department.
- Knowledge of bid development Process
- Review the Contract Agreement, Drawings, BOQs & Prepare Project data sheet & Risk Analysis.
- Preparation of Project Cost Est. Master Procurement sch. Cash flows & cost against project schedules.
- Analyzed RFQ documents and Prepare Qualification statement for the target projects.
- Developed Pre-bid questionnaire to client for clarification.
