Position : Senior Manager/Manager – Costing / Estimation
- Qualification : BE – Civil / Diploma – Civil
- Experience : 6 to 10 years of experience, preferable in Highway Development Company.
- Location : Gurugram, Sector 67
Key Responsibilities :
- Strong Exposure to costing/estimation for Highway/Road Projects within the HO/Tender Department.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the bid development process.
- Review Contract agreement, drawings, BOQs, and prepare project data sheets and risk analysis.
- Prepare project cost estimates, master Procurement schedules, cash flows, and cost evaluation against project schedules.
- Analyze PFQ documents and draft qualification statements for target projects.
- Develop and submit pre-bid questionnaire for client clarifications.
