- Position: Deputy Manager – HR & Administration
- Project: Six-Lane Highway Construction
- Qualification: Graduate with MBA in HR
- Experience: 8 to 12 years (Mandatory experience in the infrastructure industry, especially, NH projects)
- Location: Thuravoor, Kerala
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative functions for the project site.
- Manage employee welfare, logistics, and facilities.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle grievances and resolve employee concerns promptly.
- Generate and share regular reports on HR and administrative activities.
