Job Site Engineer

MaRS Planning & Engineering Services Pvt Ltd invites application for the position of Site Engineer (Fresher)

Position : Site Engineer (Fresher)

Qualification : B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil)

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversight : Supervise and oversee day-to-day site operations.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all construction activities meet established standard and specifications.
• Safety Management : Implement and maintain strict safety protocols on-site.
• Coordination : Manage and coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Inspections : Regularly monitor and report on the progress of the site.
• Documentation : Accurately record work performed and any issue encouraged.
• Reporting : Provide regular updates to project managers on site progress and challenges.
• Problem Solving : Identify and resolve conflicts and issues that arise on-site.
• Resources Management : Optimize the use of materials and resources to minimize waste.
• Compliance : Ensure all activities are in strict compliance with local regulations and standards.
