Experience : 4 to 10 Years of experience

Job Description :
- Reporting to PM and overall responsible for planning, monitoring & Reporting activities.
- Responsible to study project requirements, scope, deliverables and activities and prepare required resources.
- Updating periodical progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly) sending the same though PM to customer representative as per contact.
- Synchronize the activities of all departments to achieve the planned cycle times.
- Highlights gape, discuss with team for necessary action to recover schedule Including constraints and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with Regional & Head Office for arranging required materials & resources on time.
- Prepare other resources schedules as required.
- Reconciliation of materials, payments Invoice/bills.
- Prepare of invoicing on customers as per contract on time.
- Preparation of work orders & amendments for sub Contact works.
- Preparation of Monthly bills of Sub-contractors
- Periodic reconciliation of customers billing vs. S/C billing.
