Position – Head of Projects
The Head Of Projects position in an EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) business is a senior -level role responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within the organization. The primary objective is to ensure successful project execution and delivery, while adhering to budget, timeline and quality requirements.
Key responsibilities :-
Project Management : Overseas the planning, execution and monitoring of multiple projects simultaneously.
Team Leadership : Build and lead a team of project managers and other project personnel z Provide guidance, support and mentorship to ensure the team’s success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Stakeholders Management : Establish and maintain strong relationship with clients, Sub-contractors, vendors and other external stakeholders.
Risk Management : Identify potential risk and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on Project outcomes, Regularly review project progress and performance and take necessary corrective actions to address any issues or deviation form the plan.
Quality Assurance : Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quantity standards, Implement and enforce quality Control process and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Financial Management : Monitor project budget and financial performance, Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize project costs without compromising quality or safety.
Reporting and Documentation : Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change and other project-related documentation.
Qualification and Experience :-
- A degree in engineering
- PMP Certification is highly desirable and demonstrates a strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
- A minimum of 20-25 years of experience in project management, preferably in the EPC industry, with a track record of successful managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as a Good understanding of industrial specific software and technologies.

Reports To : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Job Description : The Head of Procurement is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement function Within the organization. This individuals will report directly to the CEO and will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement processes, as well as maintaining profitability.
Responsibilities :-
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies that allgn with the organization’s overall objectives and goals.
- Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals providing guidance, support and mentorship.
- Collaborate with Internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, negotiable contracts and establish long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with Contractual agreements and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with key suppliers, leveraging these partnership to achieve cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor Markrt trends and industry developments to identify potential risk and opportunities, making strategic recommendation to the CEO.
- Overseas budget control and cost management initiatives, ensuring procurement activities are aligned with financial objectives.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with minimum of 25 years of experience in EPC Industry.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a senior leadership position, preferably as a Head of Procurement.
- Proven track record of successful managing procurement operations, Including budget control and profitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices market tendrs and industry regulations.
