Position : Quantity Surveyors
Job Code : NCC-QS & Billing -001
Education : Diploma Civil Engineer, B.Tech(Civil), M.Tech, RICS Certification or Additional Degree Related to QS/Material Management.
🔺Roles & Responsibilities :-Â
- Mandatory Skills : Preparation of Quantities from Drawings (PDF / AutoCAD), Quantity Take Off, Material Take Off Item Rate, Contractor / Client Billing.
- Additional responsibilities (nice to have ) : Project Co-ordination and Monitoring, Good knowledge of the conditions of contracts, Quantity Surveyor planning, Rate Analysis of BOQ Item, Reconciliation statements of construction M/IS, Monitoring the progress of the projects, Preparing Budgets, Estimations, Costing, Planning, Billing, Tendering and Variation Orders, Client and sub-contracts billing, variation claims, MIS reports.
