Job Location: Mumbai
1. Shift Engineer
- Education: Diploma in Electrical or Mech
- Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Key Skill: Technical Services/MEP / Electrical / HVAC / AMC / Vendor Management / FAS/LT – HT Panels / STP / DG sets / Transformers.
2. Property Manager – Technical Services
- Education: Diploma in Electrical or Mech
- Experience: 7 to 10 Years
Key Skills: Strong Technical & Soft skills/MEP / AMC / Vendor Management / Utility maintenance / Electrical / Mechanical / Client handling.
3. Customer Relation Executive
- Education: Graduation in Any Stream
- Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Key Skills: EPBX / Customer handling / Customer queries / Events / Meeting Room / Visitor Management / Complaint handling.
4. Fit out Executive
- Education: Diploma in Civil or Degree
- Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Key Skills: Civil/Finishing work / work permit / Fire Alarm system / Snagging – De Snagging of common area.
5. Fire & Security Officer
- Education: Diploma in Fire & Safety or ADIS or Degree in any streams
- Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Key Skills: Security Management / Fire Safety / Firefighting system / Fire Alarm system / Work permit.
6. Security Manager
- Education: Diploma in Fire & Safety or ADIS or Degree in any streams.
- Experience: 7 to 10 Years
Key Skills: Security Operation / Security Management / Fire & Safety / Security procedures.
7. Soft Services Executive
- Education: Diploma in HM or Degree in BHM
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Key Skills: Housekeeping service, Coordinating with vendors for services like landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, facade cleaning material, making reports DMR and MMR, customer queries.
