3. Jr. Architect : 3 – 5 Years Exp. In Residential/Commercial Building preparation of drawings
4. Sr. Engineer : 8 – 10 Years BE/Diploma Holder with Relevant Experience Aluminium Shuttering Exp. Mandatory having Exp. In both Residential/Commercial High Rise Building
5. Jr. Engineer : 3-5 years BE/Diploma Holder Exp. In Residential Building.
6. Site Supervisor : 10-15 years BE/Diploma Holder /Graduate with Relevant Exp. In Residential/Commercial High Rise Building.
7. Fresh Trainee Engineer : Degree / Diploma Holder Civil
8. Foreman : 10-15 years, Exp. – Aluminium Shuttering Exp. mandatory
9. Quality Control Engineer : BE with 15 years Exp. On Site and in lab. Should be will versed with norms
10. Quantity Survey and Contracts : 10-15 years Exp. In Quantity Survey, Rate Analysis, Estimation, Work Order, Contracts etc.
11. Sr./Jr. Safety Officer/Engineer : 5-15 years Diploma in Safety with Relevant Exp. In Residential & High Rise Building.
12. Sr./Jr. Plant & Machinary Engineer : 5-15 years Exp. In Real Estate, Industry Exp. Of Pre-Cast would be added advantage.
13. Billing Engineer : 7-15 years BE/Diploma Holder Exp. In Billing / Contracts / QS in Real Estate Industry.
14. Planning Engineer : 5 years Exp. Well versed in MS Project, Primavera, Relevant Exp. In Residential/Commercial High Rise Building.
15. Sr./Jr. Purchase Manager : 5-15 years Graduate Exp. In Real Estate Industry.
16. Sr./Jr. Store Keeper : 5-15 years Graduate Exp. In Real Estate Industry.
17. Customer Relationship Manager : Graduate / MBA with min 8-10 years relevant Exp. Execution of CRM Strategies fluent in Eng.
