Position: Assistant/Jr. Billing Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience 2-3 years as Assistant Billing Engineer
- Proven experience in client and contractor billing in multiple drinking water supply projects.
Location: Banswara (HO)
Note: Preference for Rajasthan Domicile.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist and Prepare running bills to the client based on work completed.
- Liaise with clients, ensure accuracy and timelines in billing processes.
- Prepare, Review and verify Sub-contractor bills and invoices.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely billing and payment processing.
- Handle variations and change orders, documenting any changes to scope, schedule, or budget.
- Address client queries and concerns regarding billing and invoices.
- Letter Correspondence.
