We are looking for the following dynamic and committed Commercial Building expertise for our reputed ongoing Projects.

1. Planning Manager – Civil [ Job Code – Bldg/07 ]

Qualification  : BE / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Experience : 20+ Year’s with hand on experience of planning & construction full cycle of Building Projects.

2. Plumbing Design – Draughting Engineer [ Job Code – Bldg/08 ]

Qualification : Diploma / B.E / B.Tech

Experience : 7 to 10 years experience in the plumbing design having relevant knowledge of IS codal provisions.

3. Architectural Draughtsman [ Job Code – Bldg/09 ]

Qualification : BE / B Tech

Experience : 7 to 10 years experience in Architectural firm having drafting abilities in REVIT software.

4. Electrical Design Engineer [ Job Code – Bldg/10 ]

Qualification :BE / B.Tech – Electrical

Experience: 7 to 10 years experience in electrical designs of HT & LT Substation & Buildings related electrical works, capable to perform sizing calculation of major equipment.

5. Mechanical Design Engineer [ Job Code – Bldg/11 ]

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical

Experience : 5 years experience in mechanical contracting companies in the HVAC, Fire Suppression segment.

6. Quantity Survey – Electrical [ Job Code – Bldg/12 ]

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech , Diploma

Experience : 5 to 7 years experience in quantification from electrical drawings, preparation of BOQ for estimating & subcontracting for electrical & Elv.

7. Quantity Survey – Mechanical [ Job Code – Bldg/13 ]

Qualification : Diploma / B.E / B.Tech – Mech.

Experience : 5 to 7 years experience in quantification from drawings, preparation of BoQ for Fire Suppression, HVAC and other mechanical items.
