St. Engineer / Asst. Manager – Design  Department

Experience : B.Tech – 5-7 Years / M.Tech – 4l3-5 Years.

Brief Job Description :- 

• Design calculation of Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchanges.
• Preparation of detail design report.
• Review of GA, Detail Drawings, Internals Drawings, Transportation Drawings & Bill of Material.
• MTO and Plate Layout check.
• Preparation of Design Change Request (DCR), Mechanical Database, BOM checkand approval.
• Review of sub vendor documents and resolution of shop queries.

Experience in PV Elite, Aspan BJAC, Micro-portal (Autopipe), Passat, Nozzle Pro required.

Draughtsman – Design Department

Experience : ITI – 05-07 Years / DME – 03-05 Years

Brig Job Description :- 

• Design calculation of Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchanges.
• Preparation of detail Design Report.
• Review of GA, Detail Drawings, Internals Drawings, Transportation Drawings & Preparation of Design Change Request (DCR), Mechanical Database, BOM checkand approval.

Experience in AUTO CAD required.

Knowledge of Codes & Standards ASEM Section VIII Div 1, 2 TEMA, ASME Section I, IBR, WRC 107/297 mandatory.
