Position :- GM | DGM | AGM | Sub-Contracting Services
Qualification : B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Work Experience Required : 12+ years of experience in similar role.
Industry Experience : Road, Railways & Metro
Role Description :-
1. Should be able to negotiate & finalize Subcontractors in road construction industry with specific focus on the below areas –
- Earthwork / Embankment Contracts
- Structure Work Contacts including Major Bridges, Minor Bridges, Culvert, Underpass, RE Wall.
- Retaining work, Slope protection work
- Sub -grad, Sub-base, Granular Sub Base, WMM, DBM, BC, DLC, PQC Contracts
- Road marking, Road Furniture Contract
- Equipment Hiring & Operations Contract
- Engineering Services – Design & Consulting
- General Services – Admin & IT Contacts
- Horticulture & Tree plantation
- Toll plazas Operations Contracts
- Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Contracts
2. Knowledge of sub-contracting procedures and legal framework.
3. Commercial acumen and ability to carry out the first principal costing of Subcontractors and to conduct the cost benefit analysis.
4. Should be able to leverage Sub-contractor network in road construction industry.
Key Skills Needed :-
- Negotiation & Finalize Subcontractors
- Commercial Acumen
- Knowledge of Procurement & Sub-contracting Processes
- Knowledge of Leagl Framework & Taxation
- Stakeholders Management with specific focus on Vendor and Sub-contractor Management.
