Qualification – B.Tech/B.E/Diploma in Civil Engineering, NICMAR will be Preferred.
Experience – 4 to 10 Years of Relevant Experience (Preferred Road Projects Exposure)

- Salary – 4,80,000 – 15,00,000 LPA
- Job Location : Ganga – Uttar Pradesh
Roles and Responsibilities :-Â
- Study of Contract Documents and Preparation of CAD.
- Interpretation of Contractual Provisions
- Drafting of Contractual / Regular Correspondences.
- Indentification and Notifying Force Majeure Events and Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT).
- Preparation of Change of Scope Proposals (COS)
- Document Management.
- Risk Assessment retreated to Contract Agreement.
- Preparation of MPRs and MiS reports.
- Should be handy in Software knowledge like MS Excel / MS Word.
- Knowledge of Dispute Adjudication Process (DAB/DRB/ARBITRATION)
