Qualification : B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering, NICMAR will be Preferred.
Experience : 4 to 10 Years of Relevant Experience (Preferred Road Projects Exposure)

- Karnal – Haryana
- Uttar Pradesh
Salary : 4,80,000 – 15,00,000 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Study of Contract Document and Preparation of CAD.
- Interpretation of Contractual Provisions.
- Drafting of Contractual / Regular Correspondences.
- Identification and Notifying Forec Majeure Events and Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT).
- Preparation of Change of Space Proposals (COS).
- Document Management.
- Risk Assessment retreated to Contract Agreement.
- Preparation of MPRs and MIS reports.
- Should be handy in Software knowledge like MS Excel / MS Word.
- Knowledge of Dispute Adjudication Process (DAB/DRB/ARBITRATION).
