Position : DGM / AGM – Structures

Project : Kanpur Railway Station (Redevelopment & Modification – Building)

Qualification : B.Tech (Civil)

Experience : 10+ Years

Location : Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Job Responsibilities : 

• Ensure that all Structural designs meet regulatory codes, standards and client requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessment to verify the projects structural viability.
• Allocate resources effectively, including materials, equipment and personnel to ensure the timely completion of Structural components.
• Monitor and manage the structural aspects of the project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the structural integrity of the building.
• Address and resolve any Structural issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.
• Ensure that all Structural work compiles with local, state and federal building codes and regulations.
• Server as the primary point of Contact for clients on Structural matters, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Structural Engineering and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen structural challenges.
• Overseas final inspections and ensure all Structural elements meet the required standards before project handover.
• Ensure that all Structural Documentation including as-built drawings and compliance certificates is completed and archived.
