Designation: Team Leader
Department: Internal Monitoring And Assessment
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5-6 years of experience in construction project management, site supervision / quality control.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling and material management.
- Experience in conducting progress assessments and quality audits.
- Familiarity with Construction safety regulations and compliance standards.
Job Location: Jaipur – Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site visit to evaluate progress and highlight gaps and provide recommendations.
- Assess Construction quality to highlight defects and improvement areas.
- Estimate completion timeline and recommend corrective measures for delays.
- Verify inventory levels and utilization of material.
- Collaborate with site personnels for effective assessment and reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting.
Work Environment & Travel Requirements:
- Frequent travel to construction sites.
- Ability to work in challenging environment.
